Delete your account

01Delete in the app (fastest)

• Open the TakeOne app and sign in.
• Go to Settings from the Profile tab.
• Tap «Delete account» at the bottom and confirm.
• Your account and the data listed below start being deleted at once. This cannot be undone.

02If you cannot reach the app

Email info@hamlateknoloji.com from the address on the account, with «Hesap silme talebi» (account deletion request) in the subject line. After we verify your identity, we delete the account within 30 days and let you know.

03Data we delete

• Account, profile, username, email, and sign-in details
• Profile photos, logos, CV files, and other uploads
• Videos, including copies at our video-processing provider
• Applications, manager links, and notification records
• Face frames taken for the verified badge

04Data that may be kept

• Messages you sent may stay in the other person’s chat history.
• Records under a legal retention duty or an open dispute are kept for that period.
• Security logs detached from your identity leave the cycle within 12 months, and backups within 90 days.
